Detailed Reports
Late shipment reports: These reports are useful in identifying the number of late shipments. A metric that is useful in rate negotiation.
Service fees: View the service fees on the refund credits secured.
Third-party shipping activity report: Reports to help manage third-party shippers. Exportable lists of unused shipping labels makes it easy to create invoices for unused shipping labels.
Shipping activity reports: Shipment activity reports show the frequency of shipments and the amount spent on each service type over a historical period.
Refund credits: These reports are useful in seeing the savings that Zaar Consultants delivered, and the actions taken on each shipment to secure that refund credit.
Scheduled reports
All reports can be customized by file type, date range, template and shipping accounts.
Scheduled consolidated PDF reports are sent according to the sending frequency and recipients specified in the reporting dashboard. By default the frequency is monthly, on the first of each month, and distributed to up to 10 recipients.
Screenshot refund verification
Parcel auditors don’t always provide detailed documentation on refunds. That’s not the case with Zaar Consultants.
Every credit is reconciled and proof of the actions taken by Zaar Consultants to get any given credit is readily available. Customers can find a screenshot and invoice number where the refund was delivered. Transparency is a top priority. Invoicing is done only on the credits reconciled to action taken by Zaar Consultants to secure those refunds rather than the total of the refunds listed on the shipping invoice.
